Speaking of "new owners"...our very own Marie Flanigan and her husband, Joe, fell head over heels in love with this property, deciding that they couldn't possibly part with it.

What a HUGE change in 8 months! A soothing, neutral color palette, the addition of craftsman-style columns, and lush landscaping all make for a very inviting entrance.

Hexagon tiling, very common in historic homes, is used here but at a larger scale offering a slightly more modern spin on a tried-and-true favorite. And that bright beveled subway tile is just gorgeous!

We know you're still looking for updated pics of the mud room, dining room, and bedrooms. They're coming - we PROMISE! And we'll post even more pics once these spaces are fully furnished. You simply can't rush beauty.
